No longer able to see the controller

If you’ve accidentally removed your controller or your internet wifi settings have changed, you will have to reset the controller and re-pair it. To reset the controller, you will have to power cycle the controller 4-5 times until the pattern pixel is rainbow.

Power cycle the device by either unplugging and plugging back the power cord to the box 4-5 times. In the event that your box is controlled from a soffit switch, turn the switch on/off 4-5 times until the rainbow pattern shows on the pixels. If you have none of these options, then the best way would be to go to your breaker panel and power cycle the device from the breaker.

Once the reset is completed, please go back into the app, and you will see that a new device is detected. Please select that and you will have the option to pair it to your WiFi.
